Profile Activation
To activate your profile you will need to receive a confirmation email containing a validation link. You will need to click on the validation link to complete the registration process. You won't be able to view other profiles until you have completed this step, and your profile won't show up in searches. If you don't get your validation email, please logon to the site and return to this page, click here to resend the activation email.

Forgotten Username or Password?
Forgotten your user ID or password? No problem, click here to reset your password.

Changed Your Email Address?
If we do not have an up-to-date working email address for you we will not be able to notify you of important news or when other members send you messages or winks. Please go to "My Account" >> "Edit Profile Info",and update your email address there.

Not Getting Email From Us?
If you suspect you are not getting emails from us when you expected to, it could be that your mailbox is full, or suspended for some other reason. You should check which email address you have registered with us, and check the mailbox is working OK. Your email provider may be using filtering systems to try and keep spam or junk out of your mailbox. However, sometimes they accidentally filter out emails that you want to receive. To make sure that our emails are not filtered out, or deleted entirely(!), please add us to your list of trusted senders. Here's some information that may help you do this:
Hotmail: Place the domain in your safe list. The safe list can be accessed via the Options link.
AOL: Place the domain in your address book
Yahoo!: If one of our emails is filtered to your bulk folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link (look for this next to the "From" field).
Other providers: You will need to add our domain "", or our email address "" into your personal address book, and/or your "white list" or "good senders list" or similar in your email system so that email from us will avoid the filtering in future. If you can't find this option, try moving a message from us to your inbox, or forwarding the message to yourself.
If you use a service like SpamArrest, make sure that you accept emails from "".
If emails continue to be filtered when you don't want them to be, please call or email your email provider's technical support and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all email from Follow their instructions for white listing our emails.
If you cannot get any satisfaction from your email provider you might want to change email provider. You can then update your profile on our site with an alternative email address from a different email provider (go to “My Account” >> “Edit Profile Info”).

Something Wrong with the Site or Another Member?
